Radio Wivenhoe

The mozzys were out in force down on the Quay tonight. We popped down for a couple of pints whilst Radio Wivenhoe was broadcasting live from a boat moored outside the pub. It would be great if they made it a weekly event- there was such a good atmosphere. When I got home, there was a really nice surprise in the form of an email from my most inspiring Olympian.

I started my holiday week early by going for my second birthday massage this evening. I feel fully prepped for lots of packing in the morning and a bit more ready to face this difficult weekend head-on.
