Anonymous feeding of the pigeons in Nicolson Square continues, with grain scattered generously over the paths, attracting the local population in great numbers.

This has not gone unnoticed and pigeons have been joined by several lesser black-backed gulls, who are much larger and more aggressive.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to witness the arrival of an eagle (okay, maybe just a buzzard) in search of an easy meal.
