Gotcha
Another quiet day, some housework, quietly, as Mrs S slept between night shifts.
Then as mentioned in yesterday’s ‘Blip’ the opportunity to see the Torpoint Ferry outside of its usual environment came during this evenings row, its blue & white to the left.
It was a really enjoyable Wednesday Evening Club Row, sunny with a breeze, great conditions.
Busy on the water, we left the slip and as we turned into the channel we found the KML Intrepid, a non-propelled barge, being towed out toward the harbour by tugs Mercia & Morva assisted by the Falmouth Harbour Service utility vessel. On our return they had made it to the mouth of the Flushing Channel.
Once out into the harbour we were also fortunate to witness the 66.7m super yacht ‘Hetairos’ exiting Pendennis Shipyard on her way to Port Pendennis Marina, the two big masts belong to her.
Always something to see and enjoy on the water.
