……………………………for old rope! Someone had obviously been litter picking on the beach.

I had free electricity to make use of this morning so a load in the washing machine; dish washer on then I made a quiche and roasted the leftover new potatoes from yesterday. MC and the wee one joined me for lunch before they borrowed the car to go shopping. Once they were done and I’d run them back to Berwick I took myself for a walk along the prom…where I found my blip.

It’s been a very blustery day though the sun has shone…we had a decent amount of rain overnight but the wind has probably undone the good of it.

Extra of MC and the wee one…MC was attempting to do push ups with him on his back, he got to 5 before he collapsed!
