Ayre Dyke

Woke up to a lovely sunny morning in Scalloway and then went to work. Lerwick slowly became overcast and rain showers throughout the day. I thought this was all over Shetland but it seemed to be just Lerwick as I got home to a sunny Scalloway again :)
A fairly busy day at work with a cruise liner in and various childrens workshops.
After work, I had to get straight outside and enjoy the sunshine. A Facebook friend suggested a couple of places to go for a walk and I ended up here at Houss Ness. A lovely walk around the isle with Sammy dog, that's joined on to Houss via this small grassy tombola called the Ayre Dyke with Houss in the background.
