Compass Head

A beautiful day it's been. Lovely sunny morning, the afternoon had a huge dark cloud hanging over but I was ok on the sunny side of it.
A day off work today after working the weekend in the Shetland Museum. Up and out the door for a walk around Scalloway with Sammy dog in the sunshine. the forecast was for rain and it never came, so after lunch I headed to Sumburgh for a walk around Compass Head and Sumburgh Head. The large dark cloud seems to be covering the whole of the South End of Shetland but once I made it south, it was bright and sunny and warm too :) On the way home, the heavens opened and it rained but my garden was needing a watering :)
This is Compass Head and the slop is called the Slithers.
