Popeye!

A glorious day - I had a quick yomp round this headland on my way back from the post- returning my wayward Irish passport. The sea beet/wild spinach looking delicious in the sunshine and plenty more scurvy grass on the way round - plenty of vits and iron in these two.
More wrestling with the Crabtree family tree and then out in the garden for some wrestling with the brambles which are on the move.
Himself has just conjured up a delicious macaroni cheese and all is good.
