Mixture 'o Mercies

Calm but showery first thing, then cleared into a breezy and sunny day.  A lovely evening, although cooler.

A good night out last night, followed by a good sleep this morning.  Headed down to help Jonny in the late morning.  Met friend Julie, it's her birthday today, celebrations at North Nesting Sunday Teas and Scrap Store, with walkies after.  Working in the shop this evening, a busy night.  Feet up before bed.

As we came along the road, this old phone box fairly stood out, it's had a new lick of paint.  The phone itself has long gone, now must be owned by someone locally.  A quick stop to have a nosy. As I approached, I saw the newly painted windows, featuring some of the place-names, also some local things like the UHA galley and Highland cows you find around the area.  It also has a small charity shop inside, selling a mixture of mercies.  Great way to reuse the old phone box.  Taken at Benston, South Nesting.
