Street Gym

I got surprisingly emotional saying farewell to everyone from my first tour. I then headed to the lake in the afternoon for some quiet contemplation.

Whilst I was there a student called Justin asked if I would help him with his English, he was very sweet. Whilst we were chatting the pavement was transformed into a gym so we had to move. It was being used by everybody, families, big muscle builders and pensioners, it was great to see. I've seen loads of group, public exercise throughout the country, I think it's something we could do with more of back home.

No new food as I was trying to settle my stomach before the night train.
