Bare Knees
Soil Testing in the laboratory today on the RHS course, I found out on arrival in the garden that the lab building has a “no bare knees” rule but relaxed for us ‘old timers’.
Fascinating process, much more involved than last weeks mud pie process. The final process, the water content of our samples, will be carried out overnight by the lab staff and the resulting %age WhatsApped out to us.
The car ‘hiccupped’ its way out to St Austell so I detoured to the motor factors on the way home, three new plugs and a coil pack. All fitted and no apparent problems.
Some of today’s All Fools Day posts on social media were really quite clever, the problem being we now live in a world where almost anything is believable.
Not the inflatable warships for the Royal Navy though!
