Above The Valley

We had planned a walk at Treffry Viaduct but I’d previously committed to a Monday morning paint scraping session and with few enough already carrying the load I fulfilled that commitment.
Home, changed and with Paddy loaded into the car Mrs S and I set off.
The advertised post code meant we initially arrived nowhere near where we needed to be but I had an idea of where we should be. We parked up and completed the circular walk, spectacular views, challenging in parts but worth the trip out.
A viaduct in the middle of nowhere that now serves no purpose other than to give people pleasure. Part of the walk was along the Saints Way, I feel a bit more research coming on so as to find out where it starts and finishes.
The weather was good, I was with Mrs S and Paddy what’s not to enjoy.
