Monument To A Pasty!

I’ve no idea of the significance of this engraving on slate. It sits amongst the ruins of the buildings at the Treffry Viaduct workings, I’ll look it up at some point.

Early start to get the VW T4 out to our friends at VW Connections for its six monthly service, all in good time before we head off next weekend.
Having dropped it off we headed to the garden centre for a cooked breakfast before an appointment with Annie for Mrs S.

Home where Mrs S eventually got some sleep after her night shift while I started some admin, bill paying and more importantly coffee ordering.
