Notes: Woke thru the night to a huge booming thunderstorm and giant bolts of lightning. Took awhile to get back to sleep. Got up around 7a then, took care of the dogs and made coffee. Had a little time and then got ready to leave - cooler and ice packs for Whole Foods and pickleball stuff. About 7-8 mi to Whole Foods but took over 20 min - everything here is pretty slow traveling with small town roads and lots of stoplights. Took a bit but finally found my grass-fed greek yogurt there (the new shipment had actually just come out on the cart and it wasn't stocked). Got a couple other things - prices are nuts, even more than the WF in northern VA (makes no sense). Back to pickleball just after 10a (they pushed it back for nearby school to do firedrill ... but then that was canceled tho nobody knew - either way - their communication and website are pretty bad. Played till 1p, good competition, was a bit annoyed to leave at 1p after they charged the full price even tho they had shortened the session. Back to the house and put the food away, got the dogs out. Ate some protein and  took a shower. Was so tired in the afternoon and finally sprawled out on the couch and napped for a bit w/ the dogs - slept pretty deeply. Up and fed the dogs dinner and took them out and walked a bit ... and then made my carnivore crust pizza (so good!) and had a Juicy Partake (NA). Watched some of the women's March Madness semifinals in the evening and talked to Michelle on phone for a bit.
