Notes: Got up a bit after 7a, fed dogs and took them out and then did the qigong and stretching yoga routines - felt good! Gray cool day with some breezes at times and a bit of rain in the morning! Had a sausage in the morning after coffee - have felt like I've wanted food early lately. Online for awhile. Day slipped by quickly - lots of ball playing w/ Dot! Kathy called 1030a and we talked for a good 20 min. Did a bit of work for Michelle D then into early afternoon. Dogs seemed to want to eat ~345p (hour early) so fed them and we walked around outside for quite awhile. I took my shower then and heated up the leftover burger, 1/2 sausage, pot roast and a boiled egg. Had some yogurt w/ honey after. March Madness Final Four (men's) on in the evening - FL Gators made it this far ... and pulled it out at the end. Very exciting. Went to bed and planned to watch the Houston-Duke but couldn't stay awake and figured Duke would win - they didn't! Will be FL-Houston!
