Friday: Tankerton Beach Huts

We were up relatively early and departed our Airbnb in good time.  It was beautifully warm and we didn’t need jackets as we walked to the high street for breakfast.

We drove out via Tankerton and stopped off for a nice long walk along the beach front.  We also had a quick look at the pier in Herne Bay which is a bit more downmarket but still has a sea-side type charm.

We’re now back home with Barney.  It’s been a lovely get-away.  Even short trips are very refreshing.
