Thursday: Muscle Hut

Well, back to work today and it was everything I thought it would be.  Still, it’s nearly the weekend and I can start afresh next week.  For now, I’ll just concentrate on clearing my emails.  

We headed back to the gym tonight, the very aptly named ‘Muscle Hut’ - seen here in all its glory.  Our trainer asked if we had made sure to stay hydrated while we were away.  We reassured her that we did - we didn’t tell her that it was with beer…….
