Bit groggy this morning, long journey home, clocks going forward and the end of a long week.
Sam a bit crocked after ‘turning’ her ankle during yesterday’s women’s rugby tournament, they didn’t win but they beat local rivals Penryn and that’s what counts.
So a Sam and Mrs S toured West Cornwalls Minor Injuries Units I walked Paddy and prepared the Sunday roast.
Easy day recovering.
