Lincoln Cathedral

Visited Lincoln Cathedral. As we stopped for coffee in the cafe, the sleet and hail descended followed by very heavy rain. 
Cathedral was amazing. I liked this view with the light shining through the stained glass windows after the storm. 
We spotted the Lincoln imp and had a good look round. 
Had another coffee and fruitbread and cheese at a cafe on a bridge. Expensive but nice to sit down and people watch. 
Walked up to the university area and wondered where my former lab partner, now biology prof at Lincoln, was working.
