Tiny bubbles.

Something ‘ wet’ for Tiny Tuesday.
A short walk round Cromwell Bottom, Brighouse.Alongside the River Calder hoping to see the kingfisher, but no luck.
The river tumbles over some stones and that is where I saw the bubbles, sparkling in the sunlight. ( see extra)
Perfect I thought for today’s theme.

Such a beautiful day again, but sneaky cold wind. Not like yesterday when it felt much warmer.

MrC saw a different physio yesterday who
told him the exercises he had been given were not suitable for someone approaching 80. Doing more harm than good.
So he has some new exercises and told to just do short walks and take painkillers if needed.
Feels better now we have got back from the walk. So fingers crossed.
