Toast!

I walked the Minx over to Salford Central, this morning, as she began her trek to Skegness, and then I went from there to the pool for a morning swim.

Afterwards, I went into The Old Fire Station for some breakfast. There was plenty to choose from on the menu but sometimes you just can't beat a couple of slices of toast and jam. 

And I ate out again in the evening! Hannah came up to Kirkby Lonsdale with me as we're both running the Coniston 14 tomorrow. So, by way of preparation, we went for pizza at The Royal Hotel :-)
