Friday: Waiting

I think an acceptable amount of time has passed since I last shared Fred with you.

Here he is in the garden, looking unusually apprehensive.  He normally looks much more cheerful than this, and, yes, I do firmly believe that cats can exude cheerfulness.  The reason for his demeanour is that we were on a severe weather warning and we were waiting for the approaching storm - as it happens, it was all a bit disappointing.  Just a bit of thunder and lighting - a storm in a teacup, actually!

It's broken the heat a bit, though, so that is something.
