Saturday: Religious Icons

We arrived in Krk yesterday afternoon for a weekend at the coast. We went for an evening swim followed by a very good shared chateaubriand.

This morning we drove for about twenty minutes to a little cove we discovered last year and spent the morning dipping in and out of the water. We decided that 'swimming' really overstates what we do. Mostly it is paddling around and chatting. Either way, the sea is a beautiful temperature.

A stroll through town this evening, past various stalls. A drink on the rocks overlooking the sea and another lovely dinner in the same restaurant as last night. Last year, we found the food quality average here so decided to stick with what we found to be good.
