Tide out at Cramond

Cycleride first thing, against the stiff West wind through the West End to the Roseburn path, and from there to Silverknowes. Tide a long way out. There were a few oystercatchers calling. A lovely beach morning in the sheltered places, and a bowl along the promenade with the wind at my back. 

Afternoon walk by London Road gardens and Regent Road. Three rabbits on the bowling green.
