Best foot forward Maddy

We picked up Maddy for daycare this afternoon, went on to collect Landon from school then headed out to a local park for an hour before Landon’s baseball game this evening.

His team lost in an entertaining game. At times during the game loud music was played to whip up the “crowd” and teams. Here’s Maddy strutting her stuff to the music.

It was a cold old evening. I was wearing a winter jacket which I’d only brought over as I had it with me in London and I thought I might need it again when I got back.

Only a short time between getting home after the game, eating and bedtime. Maddy was very tired and went to bed quite quickly. The three of us tried to play Mapominos USA, think dominoes except you match the states with their bordering states.

A bit hard for us all, let alone a 7 year old although to be fair the game is aimed at 8 years plus. Something for next year perhaps.

Landon’s in school tomorrow and Maddy in daycare. I will only see Landon for a short time on Saturday afternoon. I will see Maddy Friday evening, the weekend and Monday morning. Just getting into their lives then I’m off again.
