It'll be worth it, honest
I've noticed that Ziggy has quite a lot of plaque on his teeth and I've been rubbing them with doggy toothpaste using my finger as his gums are red, obviously a bit sore.
Booked him into the vet to have his teeth scaled and polished. It means a general anaesthetic for dogs.
It was also noticed, by Marlane and the girls, that his breath was appalling, teeth and gums probably. I don't notice stuff like that as I lost most of my sense of smell after falling off a ladder, landing headfirst, in 2018! Could have been a lot worse if I hadn't landed on my head.
Usual paraphernalia with the paperwork, all the things that could go wrong, things they may find etc. and it looked like it was going to cost £1,000.
He had his teeth cleaned up but also had 7 teeth removed. They gave me the teeth in a little specimen bottle. They were pretty horrible.
He looks funny in the photo with his fur sticking out, it's because he was wet from the sonic spray when they were cleaning the teeth.
The extra was an accidental screenshot, I just love that little gear stick
:-))
