Leach Botanical Garden

You might remember that I recently joined the Board of the Leach Botanical Garden the first of this year. Today I took my son and the grandkids to the Spring Equinox Garden Fair. My granddaughter (11) loved the crafts, and both kids loved the tree walk and scavenger hunt. My grandson (7) lost interest fairly quickly unfortunately, although he wanted to attend. Next year I'll remember that so my granddaughter can spend as much time as she wants.

The trilliums are in full bloom now - I wish I'd caught the species of this one - it's quite large and rather beautiful! Spring really is here!
