Rain, Finally

But by no means a downpour! A puttering sort of day - getting ready for our GUTS (Get Us To Spring) monthly dinner tonight. We've got a Hawaiian theme tonight, since our hostess just spent time in Hawaii. My contribution are Mai Tai's which we've been playing with (and testing!) all week. I have to admit it's not my favorite adult beverage, but it's certainly been fun researching it. 

I bought two of these "Summer Crush" re-blooming hydrangeas for a pair of matching blue ceramic pots on my back deck. They're a perfect size (18-36" high and wide) and the combination of sun and shade should work well. And of course they should last for years if I take good care of them!
