Violas . . .

……………….. and parsley

Yes I was caught short without a blip photo, so drifted out to the garden. Those violas ‘just happen’ to be growing amongst the parsley and I’ve never had the heart to pull them out.

Another hot day, after a very light frost; more noticeable nearer the golf course.

Most significant today was a visit to my Physio, who’s suggested I lessen the amount of walking I do, to give my Achilles tendon a rest. It’s definitely worth a try. Missy will just have to have less exercise. I’ve been given some foot stability exercises to do, which I’m hoping will make a difference.
