It’s been another beautiful day, a light frost first thing and then a gorgeous sunny day. What a blessing.

I finally managed to do some tidying up in the garden which has been badly needing it, plus made some ‘leftover pesto’, all with my own garden greens plus sunflower seeds. It’s almost all in the freezer now and I’ll make another batch soon. Hopefully it’ll last me through the winter.
