Crocus

Since we were away last week for Dad’s birthday and Mum still wanted to mark the day, we met for lunch today as a family to remember him.
It’s always a treat to go to La Boheme which was one of his favourite restaurants. The food and service is great and it was a lovely day of sunshine too.
When we dropped Mum off afterwards we walked around her garden to see what jobs need doing that she needs help with and hubby played about a bit with the compost turning it and transferring some from one bin to the other. He wasn’t really dressed for gardening so I’m sure we’ll be back at some stage soon. These are some of the crocus from the front garden with the white ones looking particularly lovely in the sunshine.
