Glide

Heavy heart Monday. Always is, but particularly after a lovely weekend with so much quality time together with the wee ones.

They headed off to school, so I headed off to the office as a means of distraction and also…….well, I do still currently have a job there.

It worked well and I was able to get a load of stuff sorted, as well as recalibrating back from Dadman to Insurance Guy and gliding (seamless) like these swans into the new week.

Returned home at lunchtime and headed out for a wander into town for some supplies before caving and just getting a Chinese takeaway instead. 

Watched the latest instalment of Bridget Jones, which was mostly enjoyable (found it weirdly uneven in places, but maybe that was intentional?) and it ended well, which always helps.
