Lennie....

Before I moved to Malawi, I met two Malawians who were studying at the University of Ulster near my home.  This lady, Lennie was put out of halls a few weeks before her graduation and had nowhere to go, so my family took her in and she stayed with us!  She is an amazing lady and I try to visit her each time I am in the South of Malawi!  She is now retired and it was so good to spend a short amount of time with her this afternoon!  As she says, we are sisters from different mothers!!

I had another good day visiting an ECD Centre in the morning and then meeting with various people in the afternoon and evening!  

I am grateful for this time to spend in Malawi and to see the work that Blantyre Synod is doing in Early Childhood!  Tomorrow I head back to Lusaka!
