Dancing the night away ...
An eclectic second day at Winter Words which ended with DJ Set by Alan Cumming in the foyer. It was a lot fun if not slightly bizarre with lots of people of all ages from the town there along with others taking part in and visiting Winter Words. As someone said - it was like a family wedding but weirder, much weirder. I was joined by fellow blipper HazelH (and MrHazelH). T retreated home earlier. A great evening.
Earlier in the day we saw a local author James Jauncy being interviewed by our local MSP (who is also the First Minister), Liz Lochead being interviewed by Andrew O'Hagan, an excellent rehearsed reading of The Race to 1984 by Firebrand Theatre and Kirsty Wark in conversation with Alan Cumming.
