Fresh sweetcorn salad

Sweetcorn is sooo good right now. The kernels nearly didn't make it into the mixing bowl as I was enjoying them so much straight off the cob.

This salad uses them raw with quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes and dill. A light dressing and whatever additional veggies you fancy won't do any harm.
