Notes: Gray and drizzly but headed out first thing for a jog - Shadow went out when I did. Didn't get too far and the rain started coming harder so flipped around and just made loops closer to the townhouse. Felt good to get moving. Did some stretching and made coffee, attempted again to find the CBS Sun Morning show but was only last week's. Put the beef roast Michelle got from Mom's in the mini crock and chopped some veggies. Started a dark load later and did an epsom bath. Quiet day, did make the first batch of carnivore pancakes in my new Lodge carbon steel w/ the glass lid - they came out great! Had Cheers on much of the day and then watched some shows later. Still felt a bit off and out of it all day ... and was kind of an unmemorable day. Went to bed a bit later than usual.
