Notes: Was awake 3a-5a, finally got up and talked to Jo on Telegram a bit, previewed her video and then she posted it. After 5a, back to bed and tried to sleep a bit more and did lightly until ~730p. Up and got ready to do few errands: produce stand, Food Patch and Aldi. Feeling more peaceful and lighter all day - thank goodness. Got back just before 10a and walked to library to print out 2 handouts from Carlene's program - only 1 came thru but was able to catch her on text and she emailed them right away so was able to get both. These cool pink trees are blooming by library - no clue what they are - and the trees w/ bright yellow flowers. Coffee and relaxing online, messaged some w/ Carlene. Mostly cloudy all day but nice temp, walked over to pool around 1230p and was just going to do some grounding and read a little but too many people there and loud so came back, showered and did a bit of Lightwave coursework and then the next activation. Just before 3p, made Dr Berg's cauliflower (mini) pizza w/ some ground turkey and an arugula salad on the side w/ avocado - so good! Quiet rest of the afternoon, texted w/ Nancy for awhile. Quiet evening of Netflix.
