Anniversary/Valentine's Roses

More of a dreich day today so we decided to take it easy, also mrsfb is still finding it difficult to walk. I hope we haven't overdone it over the last couple of days. We stayed in the apartment until it was time for our afternoon tea in the posh Harbour Hotel just down the road from us. Mrsfb did some reading, I got up to date with blip and also watched the latest episode of Severance. Love it!

The anniversary meal at Sam's was super last night, and the afternoon tea (with Prosecco, first extra) was good too. I would have put a link to the blip of the last time we did this (in 2022) but, horror of horrors, mrsfb was wearing the same top!

After settling mrsfb back in the apartment I had a wander down to Readymoney beach. The weather down at ground level wasn't actually as bad as it felt up on the second floor, where there seemed to be a constant gale blowing. I had a few more goes at long exposures. I didn't need the ND filter as the light was so bad anyway by then! Needs more work!

Hoping tomorrow to pop over to Polruan. It will be a shame if we don't manage that this time as it is a regular thing we do when here. We also need to have a pootle around the Fowey shops. Running out of time!
