Junction

Another explore on the ice, this time with a macro lens, although I'm not sure that feature was of any use. I wanted to get close up shots of the columns of bubbles trapped in the ice. Either I haven't discovered how to photograph them successfully or it's just not possible.

Instead, I focused on cracks in the ice which had more contrast and were larger in scale. I liked the shapes and texture in this one.
