A surprisingly nice day (sun was definitely not on the forecast) so after a group breakfast we set off for a walk to Tarn Hows. Little bit of road walking but soon enough we were heading over the top of the hill to the most beautiful view. We walked all the way round, only one slight detour when Paul accidentally led us into some marshes.

Home again for a late lunch and an afternoon of rugby. I went for a little nap, well needed. It was our turn to cook tonight, we did our new fave of hoisin sausage tray bake, served on hash browns. Everyone enjoyed, a success.

After dinner we did the quiz - my turn to be quizmaster this year. Drama at the end with a tie break - only to discover that Maddy had been marked wrong and had actually won outright all along.
