'bobby' scales

Had lunch with mum today and we basked in the sun as did this bobtail. I'm guessing s/he is a senior citizen judging by its length, that of two house bricks.

I fear the bobby is not doing well.
Astro's interest and my peering camera lens did not provoke the usual blue tongued response and reptilian stare.
If s/he is still there tomorrow, a trip to Kanayana will be the go.
Our local and very dedicated wildlife rescue centre will know how this beautiful creature is faring.
