A landmark on the Perth foreshore, this boat shed dates back to the 1930s. A Perth family bought the block of land behind..now containing a wedding cake building with penthouse for sale.. and had to buy the the boat house for 5 pounds!

In its life it has been a sea scout base and a fallen into disrepair but was repurchased by the original family in 2001 and returned to a simple beauty.
The city looms behind, multi-storey apartments have been built and still it sits on the river as a memory of a simpler time when this stretch of water was the local swimming baths.
