Went to upholstery this morning, though I wasn’t sure what I would be able to do. I managed everything, albeit all taking longer, apart from using the stapler.
Ji asked me if I would go with her to look for some picture frames- we ended up in The Range. They had lots of choice and were very reasonably priced. We were going to have a snack lunch but the cafe she had in mind was closed so we went to Tiffin again. I had some delicious soup and a cheese scone. By that time I was feeling tired and had a headache so just emptied the dishwasher and spent a couple of hours on the sofa. I was tempted not to go to Bridge but in the end I did. When I got undressed for bed I realised lots of bruises had appeared!
