Started my day by moving all my plants which live on the steps going up to the french doors into the kitchen. I had to stay in for my new table to be delivered so got on with some batch cooking and general admin. The delivery arrived just within the time slot. We decided the best way in was through the french doors so I went to open them. Unfortunately the left one was stuck and at the bottom and when I gave it a good push to open it it opened quickly and I went with it and fell down the steps! I grazed my chin, bruised my knee and arm and hurt my wrist. Ouch. I was very lucky that I wasn't more badly injured. The delivery men were very kind and helped me up, and the table was delivered and set up.
Once they’d gone I advertised my old table on facebook- it was very soon collected. Once that had happened I decided to take it easy for a while.
Went to the food bank meeting in the evening. Le gave me a lift.
The table is difficult to photo do here are the lights above it. Have decided to keep all the large light bulbs.
