Sunny spot for a very large Fritillary

Standing in the shade of the forest I could see flashes of golden light as 3 of these magnificent butterflies danced around each other, very briefly alighting on the flowers in a clearing. Could they possibly be Silver Washed Fritillary (Argynnis paphia)?

Large is so much more illuminating if you have time to look.
