That's life I guess!

By late afternoon I managed to be in the middle of several jobs almost at once.  The Christmas tree part disassembled, the Christmas decorations boxes much reduced after a cull, the pots of compost ready for the seed (still not actually sown yet) and a piece of pottery part way through glazing!   Next move in the Jenga of life was to pop off to pottery and add the final coats of glaze to spotty dotty above.   It's another dish with the new glaze but a different shape, different pattern and a different colour of top glaze.   It might get fired later in the week.

Earlier I had brunch at Jamie's, a late breakfast really as I did have lunch albeit a little later than usual.  He came to mine after I finished at pottery and we made a good hole in the remains of yesterday's turkey roast.   After he went home to pack for his next trip to see Clara, I had a very long chat with Ruth while I turned a big flat piece of clay into the two pots in extra pic which now have handles too!   Bedtime now.
