Bottle of beer

Went for a run with S this morning.  Not quite as far as we initially planned but I think my blood donation on Wednesday did make it harder. 6k rather than 8. 
Went for a walk to recycle some glass.  It was lovely and sunny even if it was still cold.  Picked up a couple of dumped nitrous oxide cannisters and put them in a local bin.  
This is the beer bottle for our post box topper. I added the label this afternoon while the men were watching the football.
