Bookgroup

Worked from home today.  Meetings in the morning and then a lunchtime yoga session. 
Quick tea of S's home made brown rolls and then walked round to my friends house to walk on to the bookgroup venue.  
We've known each other since our kids started school and we've been through so much together.  One has already down sized and moved away. Our hostess is hoping to move to Devon by Easter. There are grandchildren and weddings happening. There have been divorces, engagements and weddings. There are parents reaching end of life and some who've already died.  There are grown up children still struggling and still bringing grief, stress and worry.
Once a month we gather together to discuss a book, share food, drink and support each other.
This year will be our 20th year.  We might plan a weekend away if we can get ourselves organised.
