Severed

I went into the office today and had a string of meetings, but didn’t get any “real” work done. 

Some days are like that I suppose…

It was nice to catch-up with people though, I think there is still a bit of turmoil to come however, and we’re not out of the woods with resignations just yet. We did have a new member of the team join us today though, so we’ll see how he pans out. He did have the essence of a deer caught in the headlights, a feeling I remember very well on joining the business and being thrown unceremoniously in at the deep end!

Felt pretty shattered at the end of the day, so enjoyed another game of Outsmarted before relaxing, brew in hand in front of a couple more episodes of Severance, which eerily captured my work/home life structure.
