Meal deal

When the wee ones had asked what I wanted for my birthday, tired of the current rotation of meals, I requested an all-encompassing cook book covering off a range of meals.

I was subsequently delivered of the Mary Berry cookbook, which I delved into. Wanting to start small, I plumped for the Mac n Cheese, which I had never made before. It was another one where I felt stupid as it was so easy to do and for a first attempt it wasn’t bad and actually edible!

Work has been busy today, which I have been grateful for as I come down from the birthday high and I also got Big Blue re-shod with his original wheels, so he is looking much happier again.

Think I’ll get his electrics checked later this week too….
