Alpacas

Today was the day for heading to the care home to see my mum. She was quite "with it" today compared to how she usually seems when I visit. Fortunately she wasn't aggressive at all. I wonder if they have tweaked her meds ..

Some of the other residents were quite aggressive and others caused chaos by tipping food from the plate onto the table or floor. The staff are great though - whatever they pay them, it is not enough!

When Brian picked me up I got him to pop into Daisy Made quickly so I could photograph some animals for my Blip. These cute alpacas will do nicely. (Just as well, seeing as there were no other animals to be seen.) I had a better shot than this which I seem to have accidentally deleted.

According to a sign near their field, they are the smallest members of the camel family.

We came home via The Range, where I bought a wipe clean table cloth for what will be my drink making station in the back room. Having the kettle, coffee machines etc. there frees up space on the kitchen worktop.
